I'm back!

Hello, I'm back. We've been on holiday in France fro two weeks, visiting my parents. Did you miss me? Dirt Princess gets the prize for noticing!

Lots of pictures to follow, although not many are of gardens so they mostly won't go on this blog.

The garden here was watered by someone for us and has grown amazingly! Loads of things are in bloom and to my great pleasure I'm not too late to see the peonies and the pinks.

This evening we are looking forward very much to a curry and then going to sleep in our own bed.

  1. I enjoyed that feeling on Friday, after spending all of last week down south. Sounds like your garden was blessed with much sunshine, like mine. Can't wait for the pics :)

  2. Well there you are !!! I have been waiting for you to do a post and popped by occasionally. It's a great feeling to be back in one's own bed isn't it?
I look forward to some update on the garden at some point.

  5. The two things we most look forward to after a holiday are 1) a look round the garden to see what has come out and 2) sleep in our own bed again. Look forward to your photos.

  8. I love that feeling of being back in my own bed. We also make straight for the curry house - France may have a wonderful cuisine, but you can never get a good Indian.
