I'm a foliage fanatic and because of the relatively mild climate in these parts, I can grow a lot of different plants.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9151537628759535347.post-89475114643651413362009-02-16T14:54:00.000-08:002009-02-16T14:54:00.000-08:00garden girl - hello again - thank you, and can I p...garden girl - hello again - thank you, and can I put in a suggestion of cavolo nero? the taste is amazing :)EBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09405771860220362327noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9151537628759535347.post-80281455707111454052009-02-16T13:45:00.000-08:002009-02-16T13:45:00.000-08:00beautiful spring foliage Emily! I'm afraid I'm stupidly bad at eating up the veg we grow though, hence the old foliage near it.

About 4 years ago we had some chard that we left that grew to be amazignly tally - about 8 feet!

I took pictures of lots of other new shoots but they were too small to look reasonable on the screen. So I made a frame to protect it out of kerria prunings... which promptly and efficently rooted!
